At NS Interiorist & Deco, we are committed to providing high-quality home decor products and ensuring the proper delivery of all orders placed through our website. This Liability Policy governs claims related to damaged, lost, or potentially fraudulent product reports.
1. Damaged or Accidented Products
- All products are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
- If a product is received damaged, the user must notify us by email at nsinterioristdeco@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt.
- To process the claim, the product must undergo a verification process, including physical inspection and comparison with shipping information.
- Claims will not be accepted without sufficient evidence of the damage (photos, videos, detailed description) or that fail the verification process.
2. Lost or Undelivered Products
- All orders include a hidden tracker in the label, allowing verification of shipment traceability and confirmation of delivery.
- In the event an order is reported as lost or undelivered, NS Interiorist Deco will conduct tracking and verification tests using the hidden tracker and carrier information.
- Claims for lost products will only be processed once delivery impossibility is confirmed through tracking and verification systems.
- Fraudulent claims or claims where it is proven that the product was actually received by the customer or a third party will not be accepted.
3. Claim Verification
- NS Interiorist Deco reserves the right to verify any claim before accepting returns or issuing refunds.
- The verification process may include:
- Inspection of the returned product
- Review of photographic or video evidence
- Use of shipment tracking and hidden tracking systems
- Communication with the carrier
- Claims that cannot be verified or are deemed fraudulent will be rejected, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
4. Limited Liability
- NS Interiorist Deco will not be responsible for damages, losses, or delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including external carriers or force majeure.
- NS Interiorist Deco’s liability is limited to product replacement, repair, or refund, provided that the claim meets the verification requirements set out in this policy.
